Job summary

Takecare Manpower Services in Bengaluru is seeking a Field Collection Executive to visit clients to recover outstanding payments, negotiate repayment plans, and maintain accurate records. Regular travel to customer locations is required to meet collection targets.

The ideal candidate will have proven field collections experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field collections, debt recovery, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bike is mandatory for the role.
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
