Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, or customer-facing roles.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments via calls and visits.
• Conduct field visits for collections and account verification.
• Maintain collection records and update payment status.
• Resolve customer payment queries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Achieve monthly collection targets and reduce overdue accounts.
