Job summary

Club Mahindra is hiring a Collections Executive at our Andheri branch in Mumbai. The role involves negotiating payment arrangements and following up with parties to recover outstanding dues. You will use skip tracing techniques and various payment options to secure settlements.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of collections or field recovery experience, be graduates, and possess strong communication skills and local language proficiency. This is an on-site role at the Andheri branch.

Responsibilities

• Use skip tracing techniques and collection strategies to locate parties and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Offer payment options and secure information for processing by administration.
• Collect OD amount from assigned data and update the system.
• Meet clients locally, negotiate settlements, and follow up to closure.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3. Need to collect OD amount from Assigned data feedback need to updated in system.
• 4. They are required to meet and travel local areas established Negotiate settlements Follow up for closer when right party is reached
• 5. Performs other duties as assigned.
