Job summary

Mysore Saree Udyog LLP is seeking a Lead- social media & Content to own the brand's visual identity across shoots, digital content, social channels, and campaigns from concept to execution.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Lead- social media & Content to own the brands visual identity across photoshoots, digital content, social media, and campaigns. The candidate will own social media strategy and execution, drive social media agency, develop compelling social-first campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, and use data to continuously improve content performance.

This role will lead styling, shoot execution, makeup coordination, creative direction, and social media agency management to ensure consistent, brand representation across all platforms.

1.Photoshoots & Styling

• Lead concept development, mood boards, and styling direction for all brand photoshoots, Ecommerce.
• Plan and execute studio and outdoor shoots.
• Select outfits, accessories, fabrics, color palettes, and looks aligned with brand identity based on monthly /weekly merchandise calendar.
• Coordinate models, photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and production teams
• Ensure visual consistency across campaigns, catalogues, website, and social platforms
• Define makeup and grooming standards aligned with brand aesthetics

2. Social Media Visual Direction

• Ensure brand-consistent visual storytelling across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.
• Own the visual styling for social media content (Reels, posts, campaigns, lookbooks)
• Work closely with social media agency to align styling with content strategy, influencers activity, Event etc to drive brand engagement.

3. Agency & Vendor Management

• Handle creative, digital, and production agencies
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, studios, and freelancers
• Manage timelines, deliverables, briefs, and quality standards
• Ensure creative output meets brand expectations

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification

Degree in fashion styling, fashion design, or similar is preferred 5+ years of experience in fashion styling, brand shoots, or creative roles

• Proven experience handling photoshoots, campaigns, and digital content, camera friendly and self-expressive on camera.
• Portfolio showcasing styling, shoots, and creative direction

Skills:

• Possesses strong communicating skills, especially in articulating new designs and products.
• Knowledge of fabrics, textures, drapes, colors, and currents
