• Demonstrated expertise in HR concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and deliver training in classroom and online environments.

• Proficiency with educational technologies and LMS.

Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.


• Certification in HRCI (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or SHRM (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.


• Prior teaching or training experience, with a strong passion for education and student success.


• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources concepts and practices.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
