Job Description

• Developand update course content, ensuring the curriculum aligns with industrystandards and the academy’s educational objectives.
• Maintainhigh standards of instructional quality and evaluate and improve teachingmethodologies.
• Ensurecompliance with educational standards, accreditation requirements, andrelevant regulations.
• Conductclassroom or virtual sessions, providing an effective and engaginglearning experience to students.
• Facilitatediscussions, workshops, webinars, and hands-on activities as appropriateto the subject matter.
• Createassessments, such as quizzes, exams, projects, and assignments for thecourse delivered.
• Providetimely and constructive feedback to students on their academicperformance, if required.
• Offerguidance and support to students by addressing their questions, concerns,and academic needs.
• Provideone-on-one or group assistance for students if required.
• Staycurrent in the field of expertise through ongoing research andprofessional development.
• Participatein conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Participatein Faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions.
• Upholdthe highest ethical standards in all educational and academic activities.
• Fostera respectful and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalentprofessional experience.
• Certification in HRCI (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or SHRM(e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
• Prior teaching or training experience, with astrong passion for education and student success.
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resourcesconcepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, motivate, and effectivelydeliver training in both classroom and online environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous professionaldevelopment and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in using educational technologiesand learning management systems (LMS), where applicable.
