HR Generalist Activities

• Enhancestheorganization’shumanresourcesbyplanning,implementing,andevaluatingemployeerelationsandhumanresourcespolicies,programs,andpractices.
• ProvideadedicatedandeectiveHRadvisoryservicetoemployeesthatcoversabsenceandhealthissues,conductandcapability,grievances,organizationalchange,andallotheremployee-relationsmatters
• Betheprimarybackupforpayrollprocessing,includingmonthlyupdatestoemployeefiles,bonus/incentivepay,vacation/sickpay,expensereimbursements,hourly‑employeevalidations,andbenefitschanges
• Assistinthecommunication,interpretation,andupkeepofemployeehandbook,employeedirectory,andorganizationalchart,andcontributeto policydevelopment.
• Maintainsknowledgeoftrends,bestpractices,regulatorychanges,andnewtechnologiesinhumanresources,talentmanagement,andemploymentlaw.
• Attendsandparticipatesinemployeedisciplinarymeetings,terminations,andinvestigations.
• Developandimplementemployeeengagementprograms,suchasrecognitionandrewardprograms,surveys,Birthday&Anniversarycelebrationandtrainingsessions
• Manageemployeerelations,includingaddressingemployeeconcerns,facilitatingconflictresolution,andcoachingmanagersonHR-relatedissues.

Strategic HR Planning

• PartnerwithseniormanagementtodevelopandimplementHRstrategiesthatalignwithbusinessgoals.
• Conductworkforceplanningandsuccessionplanningtoensuretheorganization’sfuturetalentneedsaremet.
• AnalyzeHRmetricsanddatatoidentifytrendsandareasforimprovement,makingdata-drivendecisions.

Learning and Development
