Job summary

Blue Ocean Corporation is seeking an educator‑trainer to develop and update course content, ensuring alignment with industry standards and objectives. The role involves delivering engaging sessions, facilitating discussions, and creating assessments across classroom and online formats.

The candidate should hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in HR/BA with teaching experience and strong HR knowledge, plus excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Experience in teaching or training with a passion for student success.
• Strong knowledge of HR concepts, excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and deliver training in classroom and online environments.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Offer guidance and support to students by addressing their questions, concerns, and academic needs.
  
• Provide one-on-one or group assistance for students if required.
  
• Stay current in the field of expertise through ongoing research and professional development.
  
• Participate in conferences, workshops, and seminars to enhance knowledge and skills.
  
• Participate in Faculty meetings and contribute to curriculum development discussions.
  
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all educational and academic activities.

Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Certification in HRCI (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or SHRM (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
  
• Prior teaching or training experience, with a strong passion for education and student success.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in Human Resources concepts and practices.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to engage, motivate, and effectively deliver training in both classroom and online environments.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems (LMS), where applicable.
