Job summary

Natura Vitalis Industries in Gurugram invites applications for a Factory Supervisor to manage day-to-day factory operations, oversee production staff and packing activities, and ensure adherence to SOPs.

The ideal candidate has 3–4+ years of production supervision experience in manufacturing, strong labour management skills, and basic MS Excel/Word and English proficiency. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to own assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience as a Factory/Production Supervisor in a manufacturing factory.
• Strong experience in handling workers/labour and managing factory-floor operations.
• Assertive, responsible, disciplined and proactive in solving problems.
• Good communication and people-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
