Qualifications

• 10-20 years of relevant experience in factory administration, plant management, manufacturing operations, or production management.
• Experience in the Brewery Manufacturing industry is preferred/required.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring smooth production planning, execution, and timely achievement of production targets.
• Manage manpower, shift operations, and workforce allocation to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and established manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability, preventive maintenance, and minimum production downtime.
• Monitor production performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to improve productivity, reduce manufacturing costs, minimize wastage, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Lead and motivate factory teams while maintaining discipline, employee engagement, and a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
• Prepare and review operational reports, production KPIs, manpower utilization, downtime, and other factory performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across factory operations.
• Ensure effective implementation of company systems, SOPs, and operational policies.
