Job summary

Mantras2Success Consultants seeks a Factory Manager to lead daily factory operations inVadodara, India. The role focuses on achieving production, quality and financial targets while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will drive operational excellence, develop cross-functional teams, manage supplier relations, and monitor KPIs to implement corrective actions and risk management as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
• Progressive experience in manufacturing and operations management with leadership roles.
• Knowledge of plant operations, production management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
• Understanding of quality systems, compliance and workplace safety standards.

Responsibilities
