The Factory Manager will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our steel fabrication facility. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, manpower management, and planning to drive operational.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources and minimizing downtime.

5. Inventory Management

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support production schedules and minimize stockouts.
• Implement inventory control measures to optimize inventory turnover and reduce carrying costs.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of materials and supplies.

6. Budgeting and Cost Control

• Prepare and manage the annual budget for the manufacturing facility, including expenses related to labor, materials, and overhead.

Requirement & Skills
