Job summary

S Industries in Andhra Pradesh is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily production, plan output, and ensure on‑time delivery.

You will lead shop-floor teams, manage attendance, discipline and productivity, monitor quality and wastage, oversee machinery maintenance, and coordinate with stores, purchase and dispatch to sustain smooth, safe operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in factory/manufacturing operations.
