Job summary

The role requires 5-8 years in manufacturing or production management, with a hands-on leadership style to guide artisans and production teams toward cost-efficient, quality-focused outputs. Engineering background preferred; strong operations experience essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing, factory management or production operations.
• Experience in silverware, metal handicrafts, brassware, luxury home décor, or premium gifting preferred.
• Strong expertise in production planning, quality control, inventory management, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end factory operations, production planning, and timely order execution.
• Lead production teams, supervisors, and artisans to achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure product quality, craftsmanship standards, and timely dispatch.
• Control manufacturing costs, material wastage, inventory, and production efficiency.
• Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods with proper material accountability.
• Implement SOPs, quality checks, and process improvements.
• Ensure factory safety, statutory compliance, and regular production MIS reporting.
