Job summary

Pee Cee Cosma Sope is seeking an experienced factory operations professional to manage day-to-day activities at the Dhaulpur plant. The role covers production planning, manpower handling, inventory control, and disciplined execution across manufacturing, quality, and packing.

The candidate will lead cross-functional coordination with purchasing, quality, and dispatch, ensuring on-time order completion and optimal factory performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in soap, oil soap, detergent, or FMCG industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, inventory, and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day factory operations.
• Plan and monitor daily and monthly production targets.
• Handle manpower planning, attendance, and discipline.
• Supervise production, quality control, packaging, and dispatch.
• Maintain machinery with minimal downtime.
• Monitor raw materials, inventory, and finished goods.
• Control manufacturing costs, wastage, and material consumption.
• Implement safety standards, housekeeping, and factory discipline.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality, Sales, and Dispatch teams.
• Maintain production reports and stock records.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely order completion and smooth factory operation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 510 years in manufacturing, preferably in soap, oil soap, detergent, or FMCG industries.
• Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, inventory, and quality control.
• Experience managing a complete factory independently.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work at the Dholpur factory location.
