Alliance Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Factory/Gm Manager for its Jamshedpur plant. The role requires overseeing all factory operations, production planning, staffing, and maintenance to meet production goals and quality standards.

The candidate should bring 20+ years in cement bag manufacturing, with at least 10 years in leadership as GM/Factory Manager. Strong emphasis on safety, KPI-driven performance, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 20+ years in cement bag manufacturing industry.
• Leadership experience: Minimum 10 years as a General Manager or Factory Manager.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale production operations (200+ looms).
• Strong background in operations management including production, quality, safety, and staff management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of factory operations, ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
• Supervise and manage over 200 looms and associated equipment.
• Oversee the daily operations, including production planning, staffing, and maintenance.
• Ensure the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols.
• Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets, production schedules, and staffing requirements.
• Maintain inventory levels, monitor raw material usage, and ensure the factory runs efficiently.
