Job summary

Inforise Phoenix Services Llp is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the setup and operation of a new pellet factory. The role requires strong leadership, technical know-how in plant operations, and proven experience in managing factory setup and production processes.

The incumbent will oversee the entire project from initiation to commissioning, manage day-to-day operations, and coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role, ideally in pellet manufacturing or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory setup.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Relevant engineering or management qualifications preferred.
