Job summary

Saburi Ply, a leading plywood manufacturer in Vizianagaram, is hiring for an accounts-focused role. The candidate will handle day-to-day factory accounts, purchase/sales entries, VAT/GST related tasks, and reporting from the Vizianagaram factory.

We seek 2-3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Tally and MS Excel, and careful attention to detail. Food and accommodation are available if required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day factory accounts and financial records.
• Handle purchase entries, sales entries, vouchers, and journal entries.
• Manage vendor bills, invoices, payment records, and expense tracking.
• Maintain cash books, bank books, and petty cash records.
• Reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with GST documentation, TDS records, and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports as required.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day factory accounts and financial records.

Handle purchase entries, sales entries, vouchers, and journal entries.

Manage vendor bills, invoices, payment records, and expense tracking.

Maintain cash books, bank books, and petty cash records.

Reconcile vendor accounts, bank statements, and other financial transactions.

Assist with GST documentation, TDS records, and other statutory accounting requirements.

Maintain records of factory expenses, raw material purchases, and stock-related transactions.

Coordinate with the Head Office regarding accounts, documentation, and financial reporting.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accounting reports as required.

Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of accounting records.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements

2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts and accounting operations.

Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel is essential.

Knowledge of GST, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.

Experience in factory or manufacturing accounts will be preferred.

Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.

Good attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Willingness to work at the factory location in Vizianagaram.

Monthly salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000, based on experience and suitability.
