Job summary

DEB Engineering in Gujarat is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and stock accounting using Tally. You will handle purchase and sales entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and generate routine reports.

The role requires supervising junior staff, coordinating with stores and production, and ensuring accurate stock records. Accommodation is provided near the factory; PF/ESI are not currently provided.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, ledgers, invoicing and bank reconciliation.
• Ability to manage and supervise junior team members.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day accounting activities using Tally.

• Monitor delivery challans, goods receipt records and material dispatch documents.
• Prepare accounting, inventory and management reports using MS Excel.
• Ensure accuracy, discipline and timely completion of accounting and stock-related activities.

• Experience in inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
• Ability to manage and supervise junior team members.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Salary & Employment Conditions

• Salary: 18,00022,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, including breaks.
• Weekly Off: Sunday.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
• Accommodation: Provided by the company, within walking distance of the factory.
