Property solutions India Pvt ltd invites applications for a Facility Manager role (Softservices/Housekeeping) at Toranagallu, Sandur, Bellary in Karnataka. The candidate will oversee escalations, housekeeping priorities, consumables stock, and reporting for a steel plant facility.

The role requires leadership to drive cost savings via SOPs, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain a safe, compliant workplace with strong people management and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, preferably in soft services/housekeeping within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to generate and present monthly management reports in standard formats.
• Strong knowledge of statutory and labor compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage personnel, address grievances and reduce attrition.
• Capability to implement cost-saving measures through SOPs and effective resource planning.

Responsibilities

• Be accessible for escalation of FM-related issues for the facility.
• Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls.
• Discuss priorities with housekeeping in charge during shifts and manage consumables stock.

Role & responsibilities

Hiring for Facility Manager(Softservices /Housekeeping).

Work location : Toranagallu ,Sandur,Bellary,Karnataka.

Industry : Steel Plant.

• Be accessible for escalation of all FM related issues for the facility
• Ensure immediate response to Priority Calls
• Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints, Keep stock of all consumables
• Generate Monthly Management Reports in the agreed format to the FM
• Performs additional job duties as requested
• Adhere to the Client procurement procedures
• Provide overall services in accordance with Client standard processes and procedures including application of policies and programs, coordination of information
• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity
• Ensure 100% statutory & labor compliance
• Drive cost savings through proper implementation of SOPs
• Control attrition; identify potential; address employee grievances
• Excellent Execution skills
