Job summary

DriveX Mobility is seeking an experienced Facility Management professional for Bangalore and South India operations. The role covers real estate projects, interior fit-outs, and comprehensive facility operations from scouting to handover.

You will lead BOQ work, vendor negotiations and cost control while coordinating with Legal, Finance and business teams. Ideal candidates bring deep ownership, strong negotiation and execution skills, plus willingness to travel for multi-site management.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in Facility Management, Real Estate Projects, Interior Fit-outs or similar roles.
• Strong experience in project execution as well as facility operations.
• Experience in property scouting, commercial negotiations and lease coordination.
• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, vendor management, site supervision and project execution.
• Good understanding of commercial real estate and facility maintenance.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore, Hosur and other South India locations as required.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify suitable properties for new facilities.
• Conduct market surveys and rental benchmarking.
• Support commercial negotiations with property owners.
• Coordinate lease/MOU execution and property documentation.
• Coordinate with internal Legal, Finance and Business teams for property closure.
• Prepare BOQs, budgets and project execution plans.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise site execution and ensure quality and timelines.
• Manage interior fit-outs, facility setup and handover.
• Conduct snag identification and ensure timely closure.
• Manage day-to-day facility operations after project handover.
• Handle maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Manage vendors and service partners.
• Ensure statutory, safety and facility-related compliance.
• Manage assigned Bangalore Corporate Offices & Hosur, COCOs and DTC facilities.
• Prepare and monitor project and facility budgets.
• Control project and operational costs.
• Negotiate with vendors and contractors.
• Verify and coordinate invoice processing and payments.
• Maintain weekly project and expansion trackers.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Maintain cost and facility operation trackers.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and escalations.

Requirements
