• Support budgeting, cost control and repair estimations.
• Ensure statutory compliance and operational reporting.

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager/ Manager - Facility Operations with a leading real estate developer.

Position: Assistant Manager Operations
Location: Narsapura
Reporting To: Manager Operations
Experience: 5+ Years
Qualification: BE (Electrical)
Preferred: Facility Management Certification

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in site/floor operations.
• Experience managing Industrial, Warehouse, Commercial Properties or working with a Facility Management company.

• Strong knowledge of:
  • Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
  • Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
  • Diesel Generator (DG)
  • Fire Fighting Systems
  • Electrical Infrastructure

• Experience handling both Technical & Soft Services, including:
  • Security Management
  • Housekeeping
  • Landscaping

• Working knowledge of Facility Management (FM)Software.
• Exposure to Real Estate, Construction, Commercial or Industrial Facilities.
• Experience in customer/tenant relationship management.
• Familiarity with local geography and land-related matters.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
