Job summary

DriveX Mobility Private Limited is seeking an experienced Facility/Project Manager to oversee real estate projects, interior fit-outs, and facility operations across Bangalore and South India. The role requires hands-on BOQ, vendor management, and seamless coordination with legal, finance, and business teams to close property deals.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years in related fields, strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, and a readiness to travel as needed to Bengaluru,

Qualifications

• 10–12 years in Facility Management, Real Estate Projects, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Property or a similar role.
• Strong experience in project execution as well as facility operations.
• Experience in property scouting, commercial negotiations and lease coordination.
• Hands-on experience in BOQ preparation, vendor management, site supervision and project execution.
• Good understanding of commercial real estate and facility maintenance.
• Strong negotiation, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel across Bangalore, Hosur and other South India locations as required.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving and execution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

KeyResponsibilities

• Scout and identify suitableproperties for new facilities.
• Conduct market surveys andrental bench marking.
• Support commercial negotiationswith property owners.
• Coordinate lease/MOU executionand property documentation.
• Coordinate with internal Legal,Finance and Business teams for property closure.

2.Projects & Interior Execution

• Prepare BOQs, budgets andproject execution plans.
• Coordinate contractors, vendorsand internal stakeholders.
• Supervise site execution andensure quality and timelines.
• Manage interior fit-outs,facility setup and handover.
• Conduct snag identification andensure timely closure.

3.Facility Operations

• Manage day-to-day facilityoperations after project handover.
• Handle maintenance, repairs andpreventive maintenance activities.
• Manage vendors and servicepartners.
• Ensure statutory, safety andfacility-related compliance.
• Manage assigned BangaloreCorporate Offices & Hosur , COCOs and DTC facilities.
  

4. Budget& Cost Management

• Prepare and monitor project andfacility budgets.
• Control project and operationalcosts.
• Negotiate with vendors andcontractors.
• Verify and coordinate invoiceprocessing and payments.

5.Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain weekly project andexpansion trackers.
• Monitor project timelines,budgets and milestones.
• Maintain cost and facilityoperation trackers.
• Provide regular updates onproject progress, risks and escalations.

Requirements

IdealCandidate Profile

• Experience: 10–12 years in FacilityManagement, Real Estate Projects, Interior Fit-outs, Commercial Propertyor a similar role.
