Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of residential apartment communities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise technical staff including Shift Engineers, Technicians, and STP Operators.

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager – Technical to oversee the technical operations and maintenance of residential apartment communities while ensuring smooth facility management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day technical operations of residential apartment communities.
  
• Ensure the smooth functioning of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
  
• Oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
  
• Supervise technical staff, including Shift Engineers, Technicians, and STP Operators.
  
• Monitor the operation and maintenance of:
