Job summary

Parker Hannifin India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a seasoned Facility Manager to lead all facility operations, maintenance, and safety compliance, ensuring 100% uptime of production utilities.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical panels, DG sets, and utility budgeting, drive cost-saving projects, manage vendors, and develop a high-performing facilities team through training and audits.

• Electrical and mechanical knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facility operations and maintenance.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of utilities and infrastructure.
• Maintain HVAC, Chillers, AHU, Compressors, DG, Electrical Panels, Fire Fighting System, and STP/ETP.
• Ensure 100% utility availability for production.
• Control energy consumption and reduce operating costs.
• Handle AMC, vendor management, and service contracts.
• Ensure statutory compliance and safety requirements.
• Plan facility improvement and cost-saving projects.
• Manage facility budget, PR, PO, and spare parts.
• Support audits (ISO, Safety, Customer, Internal).
• Lead emergency response and breakdown management.
• Develop and lead facility team, training and performance.
