Job summary

Parker Hannifin India Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a hydraulic maintenance technician to support test rigs. You will perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance on hydraulic systems and ensure oil cleanliness and filtration.

You will monitor pressure, flow and sensor feedback, troubleshoot faults and maintain records while adhering to safety SOPs in a high-pressure environment (400-500 bar).

Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic systems and testing rigs.
• Ability to diagnose faults from pressure/flow readings.
• Knowledge of hydraulic components and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.
• Maintain NAS valve in minimum level.
• Ensure 0 contamination in hydraulic oil through filtration and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot faults by checking pressure, flow and sensor feedback.
• Monitor signals for faults in valves, pumps and actuators.
• Identify root causes and implement downtime-reducing solutions.
• Carry out visual inspections for leaks, noise, vibration and blockages.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure safety SOPs.

• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of hydraulic systems in test rigs.
• Maintain NAS valve in minimum level.
• Ensure 0 contamination in hydraulic oil through proper filtration, monitoring and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic system faults by checking pressure levels, flow rates and sensor feedback.
• Monitor and analyze signals for faults in hydraulic valves, pumps, actuators and other components.
• Identify root cause of system breakdowns and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Carry out visual inspection for leaks, blockages, noise, vibration and other abnormal conditions.
• Ensure all hydraulic components are in good working condition and perform as per standard.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, observations and parts replaced.
• Ensure safety compliance and follow standard operating procedures.
