Job summary

Happiest Health Systems in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering lead to oversee the entire engineering setup for high-rise and hospital facilities. The role emphasizes PMS planning, AMC contracts, and management of HT/LT systems, UPS, and critical electrical equipment.

You will coordinate maintenance programs, ensure safety compliance, and drive efficiency across HVAC-MEP installations.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Electrical with experience managing high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, tech parks and hospitals.
• Experience in PMS, construction projects, and IPC-type project management with leading firms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire Engineering setup – HVAC, MEP, Chillers/DG Sets, FLS, IQA Engg, and technical aspects.
• Plan preventive maintenance (PPM) and manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for critical equipment like HT/LT systems, UPS, and other electrical assets.
