Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the efficient operation of facilities and equipment.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships for maintenance, repairs, and other facility services.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address any maintenance or safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Develop and manage the facility budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.
• Coordinate office moves, renovations, and construction projects as needed.
• Supervise a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Implement sustainable practices and initiatives to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on facility operations, budget performance, and project status.

Qualifications
