Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and security teams.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective schedules.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the premises.
• Supervise landscaping and gardening activities to maintain facility aesthetics.
• Manage security operations, access control, visitor management, and CCTV monitoring.
• Ensure fire safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for AMC renewals, ensuring continuity of maintenance services without lapse.
• Liaise with service providers to conduct routine pest control activities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor and oversee the overall maintenance of the adopted Greater Chennai Corporation park, including housekeeping, cleanliness, security, surveillance systems, landscaping, and general upkeep.
