Responsibilities include budgeting support, vendor coordination, and reporting. The role requires 5–10 years in similar settings, with a background in hotel management or related fields.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete residential operations across housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality.

• Plan menus and coordinate kitchen operations aligning with family preferences and nutrition.
• Monitor maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and coordinate with vendors/AMC for timely service.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations with cost control and quality focus.
• Track daily expenses, prepare reports, and assist budgeting and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with pest control, laundry, and security services.
• Maintain confidentiality and highest service standards at all times.
