Job summary

Smartworks in Mumbai invites applications for an Operations Executive to manage space planning, EHS, and building operations. The role involves coordinating with local authorities for licenses, invoices, and AMC, and ensuring high member satisfaction through cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in building operations, hands-on MEP experience, and an engineering/technical degree or diploma. You'll work with the Facility Manager to oversee housekeeping, security, and parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building operations.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining building facilities.
• Hands-on experience with MEP systems.
• Engineering or technical degree/diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Space planning and EHS.
• Liaison with local municipality/corporation for building work, licenses, invoices and AMC.
• Support building operations and coordinate with support teams to ensure member satisfaction.
• Resolve member-related issues and manage expectations.
• Create MIS reports for statutory compliance and AMC.

• Support in building operations and communication with all the relevant support teams to ensure the highest level of member satisfaction
• Solve member-related issues and manage member expectations
• Create MIS reports for all mandatory statutory compliance and AMC's
• Supervise Housekeeping and Security operations along with the Facility Manager & parking.
