Job summary

Smartworks in Mumbai seeks a Facilities & Operations professional to manage building facilities, space planning, EHS, and supervise housekeeping and security under the Facility Manager, ensuring high member satisfaction.

You will liaise with local authorities for licenses and AMC, prepare MIS reports for compliance, and coordinate with support teams to resolve member issues and maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 3 years in building facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of maintaining building facilities.
• Hands-on experience with MEP systems.
• Engineering/Technical degree or diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Proper space planning and EHS.
• Liaison with local municipality/corporation for building work, licenses, invoices and AMC.
• Support in building operations and cross-team coordination to ensure member satisfaction.
• Resolve member-related issues and manage expectations.
• Create MIS reports for statutory compliance and AMC records.
• Supervise housekeeping and security with the Facility Manager and parking.
