Job summary

PinnacleU in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities, and orchestrate cross-functional workflows with Sales, Accounts, and IT.

You will lead housekeeping, security, vendor teams, manage costs, and ensure a superb member experience from onboarding to issue resolution, while building a strong coworking culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Hospitality.
• 2+ years of experience in operations management (coworking/hospitality preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi.
• Passion for community building and coworking culture.
