Job summary

Tata STRIVE offers a trainer role focused on delivering engaging learning experiences across classrooms. You will create a positive learning environment, motivate learners, and use varied training techniques to maximize effectiveness as per the framework provided.

You will conduct training needs assessments, monitor program effectiveness, and collaborate with the corporate team to implement changes. Experience in a 5-star hotel environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium hotel or hospitality training environment.

• Utilize a variety of training techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as per the framework provided.
• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to the corporate team for necessary changes if required.
• Partner with students in their learning process and ensure positive impact on the scorecard.
• Support in mobilizing learners.
• Perform any other related tasks & duties assigned.
• Conduct classroom and practical assessments for the learners and evaluate their performance.
• Prepare and Monitor preventive maintenance schedule.
