in India invites an experienced F&B leader to oversee all outlets at a Four Star Luxury hotel, ensuring quality and service standards across restaurants, banquets, and room service. You will plan menus, manage costs, control inventory, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with kitchen, events, and front office to deliver seamless guest experiences while achieving budgets and revenue targets.

• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen, events, and front office teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability of F&B outlets.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee all F&B outlets (restaurants, banquets, room service) at Four Star Luxury hotel ensuring quality and service standards
• Plan menus, control food/beverage costs, and manage inventory & vendor relations
• Recruit, Supervise, train, and schedule F&B staff
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with hotel/food safety regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues
• Coordinate with kitchen, events, and front office teams for smooth operations
• Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability of F&B outlets

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualified HM Bachelor's / 3yr Diploma or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in a destination hotel / resort setting
• Knowledge of POS systems, FSSAI norms, HACCP, ISO22000 audit, inventory management, and cost control
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends / holidays ans and when require.
