Job summary

Dolphin Hotels is seeking a Training & Learning Specialist to identify needs, design curricula, and drive a strong learning culture across departments at our Hyderabad properties.

You will deliver engaging sessions on Guest Service, Grooming, Communication, SOPs, and Service Recovery, while creating content with Canva and PowerPoint. Strong facilitation and data-driven reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Hotel Management with operational F&B experience.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience with Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs.
• Proficient in digital content creation and data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with HODs to identify training needs and prepare TNA, L&D calendars, and schedules.
• Deliver engaging training on Guest Service, Grooming, Communication, Leadership, SOPs, Service Recovery, and more.
• Develop training content using Canva, PowerPoint, and AI tools (e.g., Copilot).
• Maintain training records, MIS reports, and compliance tracking.
• Assess training effectiveness through follow-ups, KPIs, and before/after impact studies.
• Engage across departments Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, HR, Sales, and more to design practical learning interventions.
• Drive employee engagement and a strong learning culture organization-wide.

Preferred candidate profile
