Job summary

Grand Hyatt Goa seeks a capable professional to support the Food & Beverage Department by preparing the Operations Manual and maintaining training records. The role coordinates the "Training for your future" programme and ensures timely completion of training reports, including claims processing and calendar management.

You will monitor trainee performance, advise on new training materials, and assist the Training Manager to optimise departmental training.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader/Captain in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
