• Bachelor from IHM (NCHMCT Central or State affiliation).
• Management trainees will be given preference.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a 5-star category hotel with more than 200 rooms inventory.
• Exposure in Banquets and Coffee Shop.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.
• Motivate trainees through effective training methodologies in group and individual settings.
• Utilize a variety of training concepts, tools and practices to ensure maximum training effectiveness.
• Conduct training needs assessments to support design, development and delivery.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for changes.
• Collaborate with students to ensure a positive impact on their learning outcomes.
• Support the mobilization team for mobilizing learners.
• Conduct classroom and practical assessments and evaluate performance.

To ensure Training students at Tata STRIVE SkillCentre. Delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; developingreinforcements and evaluating outcomes. Support in the holistic youthdevelopment process along with training them on nuances of the Hospitalitysector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintaina positive and professional learning environment.
• Motivatetrainees through effective training methodologies both in group andindividual classroom dynamics.
• Utilizea variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools,and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training delivery, as perthe framework provided.
• Conductspecific training needs assessments to support the design, development, anddelivery.
• Monitorand measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide necessaryfeedback to the corporate team for necessary changes when required.
• Partner withstudents in their learning process and ensure a positive impact on thescorecard.
• Supportthe mobilization team for mobilizing learners.
• Performsother related duties as assigned or requested.
• Toconduct classroom and practical assessments for the learners and evaluatetheir performance.
• Must have worked ina Fine dining restaurant for 24 Hrs. Coffee Shop and Banquets/Events andconferences
• Experience inDepartmental Learning Coordination/ Training and Development/departmenttraining is a must.
• Experience as aBarista, Knowledge of Tea, Coffee & other Non-Alcoholic BeveragesFamiliarity with the vocational training industry & various skilldevelopment programs.
• Prior experience inVendor Selection, Procurement, Budgeting, and Bar Operations.
• Knowledge ofDepartmental SOPs.
• Excellent Englishcommunication Skills. Fluent in Hotel English and phraseology.
• Good Networking inCity Hotels. Assess Placement Demand, Organize Placement Drive.
