Job summary

The role involves delivering training programs, assessing learners, and driving continuous improvement across the organization, with occasional travel to training locations and partner sites.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to deliver classroom and workshop training.
• Ability to assess training needs and design effective reinforcement.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Familiarity with vocational training industry and skill development programs.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; collating and sharing feedback about the training program; develop reinforcements and evaluate outcomes.
• Instruct and facilitate learners (who are school/college dropouts) in classrooms and workshops, if any.
• Conduct classroom and practical assessments for learners and evaluate their performance.
• Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization.
• Actively participate in progressive disciplinary process for learners not able to meet standards of excellence.
• Travel as needed to various training locales and client sites.
• Explain complex automotive theories in simple, understandable manner to trainees.
• Read, understand and interpret written technical information clearly.
