Job summary

Responsibilities

• Enhance skill level of Channel Partner Technicians (L0-L3).
• Enhance skill level of Channel Partner Executives (Basic to Advanced).
• Provide product familiarisation programs for customers (STU, KAM, MITR, supplier courses).
• Maintain course files and documentation for IATF 16949 compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical issues and resolve customer complaints.
• Explain safety protocols and compliance standards to channel partners.

• ToProvide AL product Familiarisation Program for Customers ( STU,KAM,MITR Mech& Supplier Courses)
• ToEnhance the Skill Level of Internal Stakeholders (AL – DET , GET & Laterals)
• Upkeepthe Training Aids & Documentation For Conduct the Training.
• Maintainthe Course File and Documentation under the IATF 16949 Audit Compliance.
• Knowledgeupgradation of New Products & Field issues and there by increase theTraining Effectiveness.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to address technical issues ,the resolve customercomplaints.
• Explainthe safety protocols and compliance standards within the Chennel Partners toensure a secure working environment.
• Ensure theTraining Content on Advanced Electronics, alternative Fuels and keep update theChannel Partners during the Training
• Adhering onEmission Norms and Environmental Standard compliance.
