• Lead Facets/QNXT architecture design, configuration, and implementation for enterprise healthcare clients
• Drive product roadmap, backlog management, and release planning in alignment with business goals
• Define and implement Facets/QNXT data models, data governance, and data management strategies
• Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems ensuring compliance with healthcare standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications
• Provide hands-on leadership in Facets/QNXT implementation, configuration, and testing cycles
• Guide development teams on system enhancements, upgrades, and optimizations
• Ensure best practices, scalability, and performance tuning across Facets/QNXT deployments
• Mentor and coach teams in Facets/QNXT capabilities, processes, and tools

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in Facets and/or QNXT architecture and implementation
• Deep knowledge of Facets/QNXT data models and data management
• Hands-on experience in Facets/QNXT integration and configuration
• Proven track record in Facets/QNXT product roadmap and backlog management
• Experience in end-to-end implementation cycles (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment)
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer systems and core administration workflows
• Ability to work in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of healthcare core administration processes (member enrollment, claims, billing, provider management, etc.)
• Experience with healthcare claims processing systems and workflows
• Exposure to other healthcare COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) products besides Facets/QNXT
• Hands-on experience in Facets/QNXT testing methodologies and tools
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
