Roles and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10-15 years of project management experience, preferably in IT/software development.
• Strong client-facing experience, handling multiple stakeholders and escalations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects.
• Strong strategic planning and business acumen, with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks, including relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with PMI or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Broad technical knowledge across infrastructure, applications, and emerging technologies, with experience in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to achieve cost savings and operational efficiencies.
