Qualifications

• 10–15 years technical experience and 6+ years in project management for Level 2.
• 15–20 years technical experience and 10+ years in project management for Level 3.
• Proven success in delivering multiple complex, global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of software/hardware upgrades and complex implementations.
• Create Project Charters, SOWs, and detailed project plans.
• Track milestones, manage risks/issues, and ensure transparent reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams & international clients.
• Manage budgets, scope changes, and prepare Change Orders.
• Mentor and guide Project Coordinators for smooth delivery.
• Maintain client delight through proactive communication & issue resolution.
