Oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.They are responsible for bridging the gap between technical expertise and business goals, ensuring projects are aligned with customer needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, and identifying resources needed.
• Strong developer exposure transition to lead then moved to Scrum and Managerial Role
• To act as a ideation between Engineering team and stakeholders
• Possessing a strong understanding of hardware, software, and technology integration.
• Motivating, guiding, and managing technical teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, developing contingency plans.
• Ensuring projects stay within budget, tracking expenses, and managing resources effectively.
• Effectively communicating project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
• Addressing technical issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring projects meet quality standards and adhere to specifications.
• Managing changes to project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Ensuring that project deliverables are produced on time and to specification.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, resource management, and risk management.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and priorities.
