Job summary

NoBroker in Pune district is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead field sales for plot bookings in the assigned territory. You will meet potential buyers, explain plot investments, generate leads through field activities, and close deals.

The role requires at least 2 years in real estate sales or field sales, strong knowledge of plot projects, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Daily field visits and meeting targets are expected, with incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate/12th pass required.
• Min 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Plot Sales / Field Sales.
• Strong knowledge of plot projects and real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with daily field visits and customer meetings.
• Target-driven and result-oriented personality.
• Only real estate experienced candidates are eligible.
