Job summary

Golden Opportunities is seeking a Senior Manager- F&A Key Solutions to lead innovative finance and accounting technology initiatives in Mumbai or Bangalore. The role requires 15+ years in F&A, deep domain expertise, and the ability to design point solutions, automation and AI-driven improvements, while guiding IT and client discussions with senior stakeholders.

You will conceptualize solutions for RFPs, oversee development with the tech team, and help shape roadmaps, relying on tools like

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in F&A domain.
• Functional SPOC with domain and tech expertise in F&A.
• Strong domain knowledge from Finance Controllers/CFOs offices in mid-management roles.
• Capable of conceptualizing F&A point solutions, automation and AI based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead solutions in RFPs/new client pursuits and articulate the Tech solution and methodology.
• Conceptualize and design Next Gen F&A Technology Solutions focusing on Point Solutions, Automation and AI.
• Oversee solution development and provide guidance to the technical team.
• Handle the solution life cycle—IP rights, Roadmaps, implementation hygiene.
• Perform gap analysis of F&A offerings and identify development opportunities.
• Craft solutions for proposals (RFI/RFP) with tech levers of Point Solutions, AI and Automation.
• Anchor discussions with clients around F&A solutions, ERP gaps, AI and Automation.
