Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced professional to support pre-sales, design optimal F&A solutions, and manage bids and transitions across global client engagements.

The role involves leading solution reviews, negotiating contracts, SLAs, and SOWs, and developing compelling proposals with clear business outcomes. 15+ years in ITes and BPO/BPS/BPM recommended.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a corporate ITes environment – Industry: BPO/BPS/BPM
• Last 5 years in a similar pre-sales/FT role
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce or Business Management; professional qualifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Support pre-sales, solution development, bid management and transition support.
• Lead solution review sessions and participate in contract, SLA and SOW negotiations.
• Costing, pricing, develop & present proposals, write SOWs, service levels and business outcomes.
• Bid management to refine sales messages and tailor communications for potential clients during pre-sales

Job description

Job Brief: (Support pre-sales, solution development, bid management and during transition support)

• F&A SA is primarily responsible to work with sales teams, prospects & clients, alliance partners and delivery, to design optimum business solutions and proposals to offer and enable them to source F&A services from DPO.
• The F&A Practice team is led by Solutions Head, F&A Presales. The team will be based out of various global locations (both onshore and offshore) and is truly diversified on various other parameters.
• The team is entrusted with responsibilities to design and support implementation of innovative F&A solutions based on various domain and technology capabilities relevant to F&A that DPO possesses and continues to build rapidly
• Leads solution review sessions and participates in contract, SLA and SOW negotiations. Proactively reviewing solutions and gaining alignment with transition, transformation, and operational delivery on proposals

Solution development from conceptualizing and structuring the solution, costing-pricing, developing & presenting proposals, writing SOW, service levels and business outcomes.

• Bid management to help define/refine sales messages. Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process
• Graduate / Post graduate Degree in Commerce / Business Management
• Professional qualification: CA, ICWA, CPA, would be preferred
• Minimum 15+ years in a corporate ITes environment – Industry: - BPO/ BPS/BPM
• Last 5 years- experience in a similar role.
