Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and manage international sales of automotive parts, motorcycle spare parts, tyres, tubes, and related products.
• Identify new customers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers in international markets.
• Manage existing overseas customers and build long-term business relationships.
• Generate export enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
• Handle export sales activities, including order processing, coordination with suppliers, shipment follow-up, and payment collection.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand the company's global customer base.
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, documentation, and timely delivery.
• Achieve export sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in export sales or international business development.
• Experience in automotive parts, motorcycle spare parts, tyres, tubes, or the auto aftermarket industry will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of export procedures, international trade documentation, payment terms, and shipping processes.
• Negotiation, customer handling, and business development skills.
• Ability to identify overseas buyers and develop networks in international markets.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication.
• Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign languages will be an added advantage.
