Job summary

Spring Raise Services Ghaziabad in Delhi is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our international automotive spare-parts business. You will handle lead generation, customer enquiries, quotations, PI preparation, and export coordination to drive sales growth.

Ideal candidates have strong English/Hindi communication, experience with AI tools and B2B research, and familiarity with quotations, invoices, Incoterms, and MS Excel/Sheets. Prior export logistics coordination is a plus.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools, B2B lead generation, and online research platforms.
• Understanding of quotations, invoices, Proforma Invoices, and payment terms.
• Basic knowledge of export procedures, freight forwarding, shipping, and Incoterms.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and customer database management.

Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads using AI tools, online trade portals, B2B platforms, and databases.
• Research international buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and Proforma Invoices (PI), and follow up to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate payment follow-ups and verify payment status with the accounts team.
• Maintain customer databases, sales records, quotations, and follow-up details using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipping rates, schedules, and export documentation.
• Work with internal teams to ensure product availability, pricing, packing, and timely dispatch.
