Aameya Polymers / Ralin Polymers is seeking an Export Sales Executive/Manager to drive international sales in the flexible packaging sector. The role involves expanding overseas markets, generating new business, managing international customers, and achieving sales targets.

The candidate will lead the export sales process, coordinate with internal teams, and build long-term customer relationships while negotiating pricing and delivering tailored packaging solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving export sales targets.
• Experience in developing new countries/markets is a plus.
• Existing international customer/distributor network is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international customers and distributors.
• Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, databases, exhibitions, references and other channels.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop business across international markets and build long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and close deals.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Dispatch and Accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Understand customer packaging requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries, samples, quotations, orders and payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.

About the Role
